Every restaurant on Pontún gets its own iOS and Android app, included in the monthly fee. There are two more: the Pontún app, which you use to run the business, and the Order Tracker app, which shows orders in the kitchen.
The Pontún app
For you and your managers
The Pontún app is the portal you log into to see orders, sales and customers. It is the same portal as pontun.com, on your phone.
Orders and sales appear as they happen. Your customer list is there, built from every direct order, loyalty signup and app download, and it is yours.
The Order Tracker app
For the kitchen
If your POS is on the supported list, orders print or display there and you can ignore this app entirely.
If it is not, Order Tracker is how orders reach you. It runs on a tablet in the restaurant and shows delivery and pickup orders together, so there is one screen to watch rather than two.
Supported POS systems are Clover, Toast, Revel, Genius, Thrive, PAR Brink, PAR PixelPoint and Point One, plus more through ItsaCheckmate, Chowly and Deliverect. We check yours during the audit.
